  • the forest sector’s role in fostering renewal, diversification, and development of community-based economies
  • the causal linkages among industrial productivity, competitiveness, and environmental quality
  • the social, ecological, economic, and financial perspectives on investments in sustainable forest management projects
  • demand and supply forces that determine Canada’s forest products competitiveness in the global marketplace
